Abstracts

Abstracts should be submitted electronically using the attached template.

Abstracts should be written in Times New Roman font, size 12, single-spaced, and in A4 format. The abstract must include the title, authors’ full names (with the presenting author underlined), the corresponding affiliations, and the content should be between 200 to 300 words with up to 5 keywords.

Abstracts should be as concise as possible and are recommended to include an introduction and objectives, methodology (if applicable), results and discussion, conclusion, and references (no more than two, Harvard style). Abstracts must be written in English.

Upon submission, the author must select whether they prefer an oral or poster presentation.

Upon revision of the abstracts, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to convert an abstract from an oral to a poster presentation.

Oral presentations must be in ENGLISH and prepared in PowerPoint, 16:9 format. Poster presentations will be conducted electronically on LCD screens and should be prepared in a 16:9 aspect ratio and a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (.pdf format).

The Scientific Committee will make the final decision on all accepted abstracts.

• All accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts.
  
• Please consider that only papers for which a fee has been paid/secured will be printed in the Book of Abstracts.
