* ALL PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE PAID THE FEES AND ARE NOT ACCOMMODATED IN THE DREAM HOTEL, FOR THE ATTENDANCE OF THE FESTIVAL DINNERS, THEY PAY 35€ IN ADVANCE PER PERSON, FOR EACH DINNER SEPARATELY.

* ALL VISITORS WHO HAVE NOT PAID A FEES, FOR THE ATTENDANCE OF CELEBRATION DINNERS, LUNCHES, COCKTAILS AND/OR COFFEE BREAKS, SHALL PAY 45 € PER PERSON IN ADVANCE, FOR EACH MEAL SEPARATELY.

CANCELLATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION

For cancellation of the accommodation by 20.10.2024, the paid funds will be refunded completely, reduced for the bank expenses.
For cancellation of the accommodation by 31.10.2024, the paid funds will be refunded for 50%, reduced for the bank expenses.
For cancellation of the accommodation after 01.11.2024, PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

ATTENDANCE TO ALL LOCATIONS IN THE HOTEL ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONGRESS, WILL BE PERMITTED ONLY TO PERSONS WITH PAID REGISTRATION FEES (ID CARDS), I.E. THE PRESENCE OF EXTERNAL PERSONS IN THE HOTEL WILL BE COMPLETELY PROHIBITED.
